Booking Conditions

These conditions shall be binding on both parties and the booking is confirmed when the customer has paid a prepayment fee (20% of rental price) by the due date. Reservations may be canceled without penalty before the maturity date of prepayment. The final payment is due no later than two weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings (less than two weeks), whole payment is paid instantly.

  • Guest must be of age. For unaccompanied children requires that the guardian will send us a written authorization before the stay begins.
  • Contact information for responsible landlords and directions to the apartment is sent with the final bill. For lost or misplaced keys, the guest will be charged the actual cost of replacement locks and keys.
  • The apartment is at your disposal from 16:00 on arrival day to 12.00 on departure day. The rent includes access to housing, bedding (mattresses, blankets, pillows), basic dishes and firewood. Guest must bring own bedding and are responsible for cleaning of the apartment, if the extra cost of cleaning has not been paid. If cleaning (where the apartment was rented without cleaning) is not performed, we have the right to charge for cleaning.
  • More people than agreed on booking must not use the apartment.
  • Pets and smoking are not allowed in the residence.
  • The customer is obliged to pay for the apartment or its contents if the damage occurred during the stay.
  • Comments and complaints on the property and condition of equipment shall immediately as soon as they come to the attention be given to the landlord. Complaints afterwards will not be considered.


  • Cancellation must be made in writing. Failure to pay the booking fee does not mean cancellation of the booking.
  • If cancellation is made at least 28 days before your stay begins, the fee is paid back, except for a cancellation fee of 40 €. If cancellation is made less than 28 -14 days prior to arrival, prepayment fee is withheld.
  • If canceled later, the full fee is withheld unless the apartment has been rented to someone else.
  • If cancellation is made due to customer or any close relative have had a serious illness or death, the fee is paid back, except for a cancellation fee of 40 €. This requires that the customer has submitted a medical certificate.

Then Rukantokalla have the right to cancel

  • In the event of force majeure, we can cancel the booking. In this case, the customer will be refunded all charges that has been paid. If the advance payment or final payment is not paid by the due date, we have the right to cancel.
